How we work
Your work stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything we produce from it. Delivered work stays available to you until you delete it. How we handle your information is covered in our privacy policy.
What we do, and what we don't promise
AI makes a first pass and a human reviewer checks the result before it reaches you. Where a drawing is ambiguous or contradicts itself, we ask you rather than guess.
We do not warrant that extraction is error-free. The data we return is a reviewed reading of the documents you sent, not a substitute for your own engineering judgement, and it should not be the only basis for a price, an order or an installation.
Live Tracker
Your Live Tracker opens from a private link, with no accounts for your crew. You decide who receives the link, and an Admin can switch it off at any time.
Fees
We quote each project before we start it, based on the set you send and what you need out of it. If a set turns out to be materially different from what was quoted, we come back to you rather than re-price it ourselves. Payment terms are set out in your agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat your documents and anything you tell us about a project as confidential. If you tell us something must stay private, such as a tenant name or a consultant's title block, tell us in your brief and we'll work to that instruction.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and to tell you promptly if something breaks. There is no uptime commitment at this stage. If anything puts your delivery date at risk, we tell you as soon as we know.
Ending it
You can stop using Cirkt at any time and ask us to delete your data. We can end an account for non-payment or misuse.
Liability and governing law
Limitation of liability, indemnities and the governing province are set out in the agreement we sign with you.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll update it here and tell account holders by email.
